Arcadis (on behalf of Wall Financial) is submitting an Official Community Plan Amendment to the City of North Vancouver to increase height and density and add a use (childcare) for the properties located at 507-651 East 1st Street, 82-94 St. Davids Avenue, 603-609, 631, East 2nd Street in North Vancouver (The Trails Future Phases).

The proposed development includes buildings ranging from 1-17 storeys, a ~1-acre public park expansion, a new $10/day childcare, improved pedestrian connections, and a range of housing options including below-market rental, condominium homes, and housing suitable for families. The purpose of this information session is to seek public input to inform the application.

In-Person Developer-led Information Session

Date: April 23, 2025​   Time: 6 pm - 8 pm​

Location: Queensbury Elementary School Gym, 2020 Moody Avenue, North Vancouver

Format:  This is a drop-in event, there will be no formal presentation; the project team will be available to answer your questions. Comment forms will be available for you to provide feedback. 

The purpose of this information session is to seek public input to inform the application. Please note this is a Developer-led event. This application has not received endorsement or indication of approval from City Staff or Council.
